I have a Honda Accord Coupe2007. I travel a lot inter states. Suddenly the engine light turned on and I went to Midas to check it out what was wrong with my car. They used the computer to find out what the problem was. Before that I changed the cables and the sparks plugs, the Oxygen sensor. After they finished with the scan they told me that nothing was wrong with my car and only need a re-start of the car's computer. After 3 days the light comes on again. This time I took the car to other company and they said exactly the same : A comp. re-start and the same happened again. the light still on. Also I changed the catalyst converter but the result is always the same. Any idea of what could being happening?

You have "transient" error. A hard error (fault) would be something that failed AND STAYS failed. A transient fault is something that comes and goes. This is one of the most difficult problems to solve. The guys at Midas are NOT trained for this kind of problem

It is best (for this) to take it to the dealers. They may even have some sort of bulletin as all they work on are hondas.

Your car is fairly new (You don't say how many miles you have), but Cat Converter should NOT be bad already. Did the problem happen AFTER the new cat converter? It is possible the sensor wires are loose.
Good luck....
