Online with 6101

I have the Nokia 6101 provided by TMobile. I was wondering how to download this ringtone I had sent to my phone. I have the web address in a text message, but I'm not exactly sure how to enter it in to have my phone download it.

Help please?
 
with the test message open: hit options, then use detail, select web address, then go to.
