Hi
I recieved an email from PayPal a day ago saying this:
Your Payment Agreement
Dear ************,
You have set up a Payment Agreement with Skype. The description of your agreement is shown below:
Description: Billing Agreement
Manage your Payment Agreement by logging into your PayPal account and clicking the Payment Agreement link under your Profile. In your Profile, you can choose and edit your preferred funding source and cancel your PaymentAgreement.
If you need to contact Skype directly, please use the following contact information:
Business Information
Business: Skype
Contact Email: [email protected]
I hadn't done anything, so I decided to check my debit card statement and it said this:
CASH BNKM MAY14
BNKM CHG 1.60
DILLONS, 1 Q@15:53
Could anyone decode this and tell me what it says because I don't understand it please? And what should I do? Is this fraud? Can I claim the money back?
Thanks
