online program that turns normal photos into polaroid ones?

i googled softwares online that make your pictures look like vintage polaroids...but none of them are very good they seem to just put a white border around it. Please don't suggest the following: picnik, rollip or photoshop

I tried polaroid.net...and downloaded it but when i drag the pictures in they just stay small and nothing happens. Am i doing something wrong?
