Online degrees and financial aid?

This is a bit complicated. I'm looking to earn a degree in animal science. I qualify for federal aid, but can federal aid be applied toward an online degree? If so how can I find a school that offers such a degree program online?
 
yes, federal aid can be applied to online education. usually when filling out your FAFSA it will let you know if the school you choose is accepted or not, but basically as long as it is an accredited college, it will be approved.
