I am starting an online business in which at first, I will NOT have a store location(maybe down the road if alll goes well). Anyhow, if I don't have a store front, warehouse or office, do I really need a business license? Also, what about taxes? Do I only charge tax if the purchase is made by someone in the same state as me (NM)?
