I drive a 1997 Dodge Stratus and I my driver's side rear tire seems to be stuck in place. I checked my that my parking break was not on and that there was nothing stuck on or underneath my tire and everything seemed to be fine. My break drum is pretty rusted, but I have never had a problem before and I had driven the car just a few hours prior with no problem. Any advice on how to go about fixing the problem with my wheel?
