One sec im fine, the next im awful help! :(

I don't know what's going on, one second I feel fine, and the next my entire body aches, I feel really stressed out, I get dizzy and light-headed, and I'm feverish. If I spend more than about 10 minutes in the sun I get this really weird shape on my face, it looks like a butterfly. I'm 16 if that helps at all, and I'm very busy. I just want to know what's wrong so I can get better!
