One of my parakeet is sleeping in a weird position, is this normal?

Budgie a green, male, 4 los. Old parakeet is sleeping on it's perch as if bowing down to a point where it can already reach down to it's feet. It's really cute but I' m wooried... I have never seen my other parakeet that is younger ever do that.. It always keep upright... I've tried searching on the web but I couldn't find anything about this.. I appreciate your help
