DUN DUN DUN! scary!

I'm pretty sure once you realize the movie is about death through cellphones, you'll stay away from this flick. But since it's already made 13.5 million dollars here, I figured i'd bother to warn you.

It's definitely a contender to be the worst movie ever made. Top 5 without a doubt.

- The plot makes absolutely no sense.
- Instead of being scared, you're laughing your ass off at just how ridiculous and stupid the plot is.
- People at the theater, those that hadn't walked out, almost rioted at the ending.
- The acting is the only thing about this movie that will give you nightmares.

Its an Asian film remake of One Missed Call which is supposed to be really good. It seems to be the thing nowadays to do a remake very badly and I wish theyd leave the Asian films alone, as there never as good as the original.:eek::D
 
Agreed, it does seem to be the trend to make good Asian films into absolutly terrible remakes, Pulse anyone?

I loved the fact though that Miike left them to it for this remake, it's almost as if he wanted to show how diluted Hollywood has become.

It is a shame with all these remakes, especially being remade in such a short amount of time as they really do tarnish the originals, the one i'm not looking forward to is the Battle Royale remake, my all time favourite film, probably going to be made into a mangled mess for western audiences.
