one last question about my bike.?

ive asked alotta questions on my carb. but this time my bike actually works (all credit due to "pap").but my bike is idling at a very high rpm.

is this because i need to adjust the pilot jet? should i turn it in or out to slow down my idle? or could it be because my choke isn't lubricated enough???

if not then what is the problem?
