i have one hip higher than the other.what is that caused from and how can i fix it

I think this is quite common. I have the same problem but have found the Egoscue method to be very helpful, especially something called The Tower, which actually evens the hips over time as it also works on the psoas muscle which is a big contributor to uneven hips.

It can be caused by a nuraber of things. One is scoliosis. Your family doctor can easily check for this. Have you seen a doctor yet? SounRAB like that might be in order.

I wish you the best,
Emily

a chiropractor can fix this
it's usually from a muscle in the abdomen area that got shortened somehow, no biggie....
