once increase cd 4 count 43 to 308 is that posible ?

a man age 44, who is suffering with aids since last 3 years . 2007 11th month report was cd4 count was 43 his weight was 57 and his HB was 8.2 . nov 2007 to may 2008 he has taken herbal ayurvedic treatment and the result was cd4 count was 229 and his weight was 67 and his HB was 15.2 and then after six months his cd 4 count was 308 and his weight was 73 and his HB was 15 .7 . please ans me is that posible ?
any case of aids in world like this ?
