Once i Download the NZB file how do i get it to my PS3?

I Download NZB files off of "http://nzbmatrix.com" and "http://www.nzbsrus.com but i Dont knoe how people get it to thier PS3 Console

I would say use a USB flash drive to move the files to your PS3.
