Are you talking about taking fertility tests? If you have a regular 28 day cycle, you should start testing around day 12 of your cycle (counting from the first day of your period, so that would be June 14th.) Until you get the result that you are entering a fertile period in your cycle, you should test every morning, and, if you want, every night as well.
If you have an irregular cycle, you should start testing a day or two before your cycle is half over. (If it's a 34 day cycle, you'd start testing on day 15 or so)
