...children...? is this illegal? The reason i want to know is that my ex and myself are going through a custody battle and my ex told social services that I beat my children. When they made contact with me I told them that I did smack my boys bottom once and told my son not to lie and be honest. There was a note on the report saying I physically punish my children...(my ex was very cruel and violent by the way toward myself and the children and therefore the children are terrified of him) My kids love me and are by no means scared of me,also my solicitor said its not against the law to use light force as long as no marks are made. what do you think? I feel that they are looking down on me as a mother and I am actually a vey good mum.Thanks
thank you for your comments so far...I do not enjoy punishing my children but do not regret the smack on the bottom and yes is does worry me that my children may be taken away x
