On the PSP, what does it mean when it says DNS error?

The code is 80410410
I have a linksys router with no security on it, i used to have the ip 192.168.1.1 now i have something like 68.35.42.25 because I moved to New Mexico. I just want to get on the Internet via psp so how to I solve this problem?
