On the Nokia 5530 Music Express, Can i go on the internet for free with WI-FI

whenever i want, wherever i am? I am getting a Nokia Music Express 5530 for christmas and i get WI-FI with it. Does this mean i can go on the internet for free, whenever i want? wherever i am? Please help
