cap on top of it.? the cap says "VIKING" on it but this one does not screw down, it just sits there. there is another one of these near the compressor but it does screw down, is the one near the battery suposed to screw down, or is it supposed to just sit there, also the ac doesnt blow cold, could it be a symptom? my mechanic said there is a electrical problem and the compressor isn't kicking on, but he can fix it for $65, can anyone shed any light on my problem? Thank You.
