when sims graduate you can throw them a graduation party using the phone. when that is over they will age up automatically and move back to pleasantview. or i think you can click on the phone and choose 'move back to Pleasantview' and they will age up and move back. when they've moved back to the town they will appear in the family bin in pleasantview
