On Runescape where do I fish lobsters?

Where is EVERY single non member place to catch lobsters. I've tried Karamja but theres no bank near by, its so annoying i was wondering if there was another place which had a bank near by. plz remember i need non member locations! thanks
 
There are no other non member locations other than Karamja dock, but if you get an explorers ring 3 then you get a teleport to draynor cabbage patch and its only a short walk to the bank from there. Afterwards though you have to get the boat back to Karamja from Port Sarim.

This is good because it lowers journey time and saves you money.
 
I'm pretty sure karamja is your only option as a nonmember, it sucks i know, im 85 fishing and it was hell. Sorry.
