On runescape what is the best armor to train str, def and att with?

I am a member and have a cb lvl of 95
my lvls:
att:76
def:76
str:76
i want to know where and what is good to train on
and what is the best armor set up and weapon to use
 
Umm Try with Granite body dragon legs amulet of glory and abbysal whip (rune defender)
