on runescape doin achieve diary, finish all but 1 when fishing tutor give u

job, he says he aint got evry time? if u didnt understand my problem it's like this: im doing the achievement diary on runescape(begginer) and have done all the needed activities except the one where the fishing tutor gives u a job- evry time i go to him, he says he aint got any and its really pissin me off now. i need help on this from anyone, plzz
