On photo enforcement cameras in L.A. If the light turns red when you are

it takes a couple weeks before you receive the ticket, but i'm sure you'll be okay given the circumstances.
 
already in the intersection is that? considered running the light? When I entered the intersection the light was yellow, but it turned red quickly. I thought I heard the camera click, but there was no flash. It was 7 p.m. still light outside. If you do get violated on one of these cameras, how long does it take to receive the ticket? Is there someone you can call to ask if the camera violated you?
