I took off the little cap and played with the screw settings a little bit but nothing happens. When its running, when i put it in first it starts going even when the clutch is pulled in. i can even shift all the way up and accelerate it doesnt matter if its pulled in or not. Could the cable need adjusting? how can i do that? or how can i further adjust the screw inside?
