On my Chrysler 300, when i accelerate to about twenty five then take my foot off

the gas i hear a ticking.? It sounds like it is coming from the front right side of the engine, just had a new trans, and engine put in it, any idea what it could be... it goes away after about 35mph, and doesn't do it below 20mph, car runs great, just nervous about strange noises. any help?
