On my All-New Mail-Box, When I chat?

Okay, I've had the All-New Mail for a while now, but since I made a profile, I change my pictures, (like the one i have now) but when I chat in my mail-box, it stays my old avatar. How can I change it to my profile picture? And also, when I go on Yahoo Messenger, there isn't a picture at all.
