On my 2004 Pontiac grand prix what size rotors do i have stock? ?

And also if I don't have 12 inch rotors could I fit them front and rear? If so would I need to change calipers or brackets or both? Also what calipers could I fit on my stock caliper brackets? Also when people say ss hoses on here they talking about impala and Monte Carlo ss brake hoses? All information us welcome. Also it would be helpful if people could give links to websites with pictures or information or where I could buy stuff. I just wanna hear all my options and others experiences
