On my 1999 Lexus gs300 the fluid light has came...?

I have checked the oil, coolant, and tran's fluid and all appear to OK.
Last night the check engine light came on as well but the fluid light now will stay on for a minute or so and then go off repeating the cycle- on and off. Does anyone have any theory's before I go to the dealer? I'm new to Lexus's and nothing is inexpensive.
 
You didnt mention your power steering fluid. (I imagine a Lexus would come with PS stock), also if yours is a manual with hydraulic clutch, check the Master cylinder bowl.
