keep phone. BUT? I spoke to 3 persons to get this offer for 2 phones (told me they were in Egypt approx 11 Jan.2011). Made the deal for £20.p.m.x 2 rolling contracts. I noticed £40+vat was taken out of my bank/account last week. I noticed the word CONTRACT, this concerned me so called up Vodafone & they said I had signed up for a One Year contract (NOT a rolling contract). Which I honestly did not. I spoke to a helpful guy BUT his manager said there is NO WAY I can get out of these Contracts. I received the phones & in the box the Instruction booklet is Titled PAY AS YOU GO which is what I agreed to. The manager was conveniently unavailable last Saturday and the operative PROMISED me the Manager would phone me today between 10-11am. I have NOT received any communications from Vodafone today & they have both my phone numbers. I have cancelled my direct debit & a block has been put on any further attempts from Vodafone to withdraw £££ from my b/a. I am EXTREMELY worried that they may make my Credit rating (which is excellent) a No No. I told them to take me to court as I have witnesses to verify this WORRYING problem. I am desperate for Legal or any advice PLEASE. I have not received any paper work or signed anything. The guy who made out the contract is in Scotland & the company knows who he is. What would you suggest NEXT??. I even offered to send the phones back. (should of done so within a week, but I had every intention of keeping them with Rolling Contract).
In advance, Sincerely grateful. Thank you.
PLEASE READ THOUROUGHLY. obliged.

NickG are you insinuating I'm a liar & an idiot. It is quite obvious you did not read my "Q" thoroughly. It was CONFIRMED by Vodafone.
