FBI stats bear out that blacks which make up 13% of the population committ 45% of all violent crime. Serial killers do tend to be white but make up on a small percentage of the murders in the US. TV producers are afraid to show blacks and hispanics as the heavies and this is a fact. Just google FBI UCR crime stats..
