On grand theft auto 4 where can you get the best cars on the 1st two islands.?

On grand theft auto 4 where can you get the best cars on the 1st two islands. I no there around on the streets but i heard theres hidden ones
 
The BEST cars are on the third island where the dealership is, the location is located on the website. You also get a Lambo after you complete a mission, i forget which one but its on the thirf island.
 
Not on the first two. There is one on the third. Try to get an FBI car they are one of the best or call 911 hit call then hit 3 and steal a firetruck you don't have to worry about hitting anything with that.
