I am a 33 male with ongoing issues...Here is my history
Age 16
1-Removal of galbladder issues with reflux, alot of tests to determine why stabbling chest pains.
Age 20
1-Nissen flundication to solve reflux issues
2-Ongoing chest pains that cause stabbing pains every 2-3 months, these attachs last about 1-3 hours, go away after laying on the ground rocking back and forth.
Age 20-30
1-Had bowel blockage
2-Still having chest pains as mentined above
3-Acid reflux back
4-Appendx removed
5-multi scopes to see why having issues
Nothing resolved/found. I have a Great GI doctor who understnads and keeps testing blood for liver levels...
30 to now
1-Test to determine reflux, reflux back
2-Still having chest isuees
4-was directed to have gastric bypass to solve acid issues, redo of nissen to high risk. 9 months out NO reflux issues.
5-Liver levels high and countinually to go up and down but never back to normal.
Just got out of the hospital
1-Chest pains the worst its ever been
2-at hospital CT showed no issues.
3-Blood work showed lipast levels up and liver levels back up
5-ER doc admitted me with pancrus issues
GI doc dosn't think pancrus issues, but oncall doc thinks possible ongoing panratitis (sp?)
My GI doc partner ordered a MRCP tommorow morning
My questions:
1-i thought with the surgery with acid refulx my chest pains will stop, they didn't
2-Why are my liver levels up, down, up down but NEVER normal
3-This is the first time my lipase levels are elevated, along with my liver levels?
4-My chest attacks (lower than chest) was the worst ever?
5-CT showed no stones but what is causing these major attacks that i get every 2-3 months?
I have been studying Pancrus and Liver issues and i really feel that i might have possible MINI stones in my pancrus or in the ducts, but would this be causing all the above issues?
