Earlier on, I was traveling with Boone, then we killed all of Caesars men at cottonwood cove, the attack on bitter springs, and at the fort. we killed Caesar too. Busted his brains out with his own glove ;D so then i tell Boone to wait for me at the lucky 38 so i can rercruit arcade gannon. the vertibird and repconn locations triggered dialogue but didn't trigger the quest, so i worked on my rep with the followers of the apocalypse all the way to "LIKED". But no success towards getting Arcade's quest, what can I do to get that quest that i haven't already tried??
