On facebook how do u delete your history?

On facebook when i type stuff in search it makes suggestions of quizzes ive taken b4. is there a way to delete all the suggestions or quiz history?
 
When you take quizzes it adds it as an application. All your friends, fan pages, groups and applications come up in the search bar.

You can uninstall the applications. Go to the link below and click the x next to all the applications you want to get rid of
