On facebook ,does the CD on the music player do anything on restaurant city? URGENT!!?

Okay you know how you can buy CDS for the stereo?Well at the moment in restaurant city they're half price and I was wondering if they did anything??? Does it help?

Also what about the juke box??? Does it do anything??

PLEASE answer!
and also does it matter what kind of stove you have?or are they all the same
