on Control Panel, on Sound, there is no Stereo mix. How can I get one?

There is no stereo mixer on my Sound in Control Panel. I tired downloading a Realtek HD Audio but when it installed it asked me to restart the computer, So I did but I still have no stereo mixer. How can I get one? I have clicked "Show disabled devices" and "Show disconnected devices"

Help?
