On cold mornings, my jeep 4.0 makes a whistling noise when i start it?

i have a 1989 jeep comanche....on a cold morning only, ill crank her up and after about 5 seconds a deep whistle is coming from the engine, and it goes away briefly when i rev it up
no moron, the belt makes a squeal not whistle.. it isnt the belt
figured it out already moron, thanks
