On Any Toyota, Can You Use BG Fluid Products or The Toyota Brand Fluid?

I got a Toyota Camry, I want to get the Transmission and the Power steering flushed and put BG fluids. My question is, Should I use the BG Fluids or the Toyota brand fluids? And what kind is recommended?
