On a home network, how do you find all the different workgroups at 192.168.1.x?

I have a small home network with a linksys router. The DHCP is set to assign IPs automatically.

So if I have

Box 1 - 192.168.1.15 - Workgroup = Workgroup
Box 2 - 192.168.1.22 - Workgroup = Math
Box 3 - 192.168.1.30 - Workgroup = Rogers

Is there a windows XP pro command that will list all the workgroups ranging from 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.1.255 or is there any freeware that will do this?
