On a Buick Century 2002 where is the Trac on /off control located on the pane?

This is my sister's car and she lives in another state away from where I Iive.The trac off light is showing while car is being cranked and then goes off,but came on while being operated .
I'm trying to determine where the button is that turns the trac onor off is located within the panel.
