I've created a .gif in Photoshop that I want to use as my bg image for the entire master page, but It either does not fill the page entirely or when I increase the size of the .gif it still acts weird and kinda seems to repeat. I just want it to fill the page basically 100% so that it will adjust accordingly when user changes browser size. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Obviously I'm a newbie.
