WE have a 98 concorde that will not run, we can not use codes since we have replaced engine with 3.5.. Car ran fine for 30,000 miles.. Simply wont start, rolls over, can hear fuel.. When starting car, relay clicks and delivers 12 volts, but only for a split second then drops off, what computer or what may be causing this?? At a loss, remember, no codes, also noticed when turning ignition switch back and forth to get check engine light to flash codes.. It did not light up at all, It comes on if I am cranking engine, but not to flash coeds if that helps/// ??? please help..
