Ok i just got my n93i and i've tried 2 different 1gb memory card. one is the orginal nokia and the other is a toshiba card and the phone keeps on saying NO MEMORY CARD FOUND.

PLEASE HELP ME!!
 
i had a 2 gb microSD, i tried that with my e65 and it heated up like really fast!
now it doesnt work on any phone or pc!
so i need to put up the 256 i got from nokia
 
You assume that today's generation of computer user is capable of using any kind of command line interface.

One of the younger (well I'm younger too) software engineers I work with started with computers during Windows 95. He has 'heard' of DOS but doesn't really have any idea about it other than it was before Windows.

It's almost ironic we develop for an on Linux.
 
Hey, at least he knows Linux, that ups his credibility.

Seriously, it's not like I love DOS... quite the contrary actually, but I forget sometimes that not everyone remembers the days when you ran a comp with the keyboard, not by "clicking on the pretty boxes" lol.

back on topic, @nvidoit: If you put the memory card into the N93i format the card with the device by going to

Tools->Memory ->format memory card

If this fails, format with a pc card reader. Hope this helps you out bud
