Rosalie is meant to be stunningly beautiful. As you say, the actress that played her is very pretty, but she's not how I imagined her.
Carlisle's blond hair looks too fake, But Emmett, Jasper, Alice and Esme are how I thought they would be.
I've also heard that Jackson Rathbone and Ashley Green are dating IRL, not sure if it's true though.
