That's crazy, 16 days late and no + test. If you ARE pregnant, there's probably a reason your hormone levels aren't high enough to register a positive. I don't mean to scare you, but it's probably not good.
If you're NOT pregnant, I had a friend of a friend who didn't get her period for months, had all the pregnancy signs, even her belly getting bigger, but kept getting negative tests. Ok, so she wasn't the most responsible young woman, and by the time she went to the doctor, it turned out she had a 5-pound uterine tumor! So bottom line is that you totally need to get this checked out.
Again, sorry to scare you. Shame on me. Just answering off the top of my head.
One more tidbit to confuse you even further -- I did read one answer on here awhile ago that said some women go through their entire pregnancy without ever registering a positive on a test and yet have healthy normal pregnancies? I thought that was pretty far-fetched but anything is possible I guess.
Bottom line is so go get a blood test.
