I have just been researching Omega Fish Oil Supplements online and now im completely confused!
I take these supplements everyday and just bought Children's Omega tablets for my kids. I have found many articles stating Fish Oil boosts your immune system, but I have also found articles stating Fish Oil can increase your chance of contracting the flu.
So now im not sure who is right and who is wrong? Just with the new H1N1 flu scare I really don't want to make myself or my children's risks higher!
