Omega-3 supplements or should i eat fish daily?

I have a very tough exam coming up soon, and I need to study with extreme concentration for it. What can I do to improve my brain power and stay focused?

Are Omega-3 supplements as good as eating fish?

What about walnuts and walnut oil? Should I fry the fish in walnut oil?
 
eat fish. you can either take supplements or eat fish but why not get it from eating good food?
 
You'll probably do fine just eating the Omega-3 capsules. They are a good habit.
