Olive Garden VS Carinos?

Just curous what your opinions is on the two restaurants! The olive Garden here has BY FAR thrown Carinos out of business. Olive Garden's parking lot will be jam packed while down the street Carinos will have maybe 2 cars? (Ok maybe overexaggerating, but you get the idea!)
