I have gotten a petition signed with over 3000 signatures of people in my town that would love to have an Olive Garden come into town! Now the question is, does anyone out there know how I would go about opening it and owning the one here in town. Do I have to buy into the franchise? do I just open it myself? There is already a restaurant here for sale available that is perfect size and located on main road. I want to buy it and open the Olive Garden!! We have Zero Italian restaurants here in town and all the other restaurants that are here are ALWAYS packed!! Sometimes with 2 hour wait on weekends!! So any help would be greatly appreciated!!
